This month we feature the Bodhisattva Kuan Yin, who brings ultimate light and hope in a month of darkness and strife. Amitabha Buddha sits on her crown, her right hand is in the triple gem mudra and her left hand offers nectar of longevity and good fortune from her little potion pottle. Kuan Yin is the embodiment of the Buddha Avalokiteshvara who is the universal symbol of compassion. Make a connection with her by bringing her image into your home and chanting her mantra: OM MANI PADME HUM.
